For this coveted Disney+ series, Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christiansen reprised their original roles as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Darth Vader for this long awaited spin off title.

We partnered with our clients at Disney+ to create a compelling social campaign that excited fans about the return of their favorite original Star Wars characters while equally enticing them about the introduction of new characters and villains.

Utilizing both X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram as primary sources for content, we initiated fan engagement both through the title handles (@ObiWanKenobi) as well as garnered additional support through the @Disney+ and @StarWars brand channels.

Kicking off the campaign using a Twitter Like to Subscribe activation, we invited fans to “like this tweet” to not only receive exclusive messages and updates about the show’s release, but to receive an exclusive Lightsaber, one of five total. This kickstarted a series of creative using high impact graphics, integrated typography, and much more leading up to the culmination of one of the platforms largest streaming releases of 2022.

Additionally, the show earned itself an Emmy nomination for the 2023 season.
